Part-Time Positions

Direct Care Professional (PT)
  • No previous experience required; we will provide paid training
  • Applicants must be age 18 or older
  • Employees are required to pass background study, have an operating vehicle, current driver's license and auto insurance (due to transporting clients)
  • Schedules built around applicants' availability and client needs
  • Weekend differential at 24-hour client sites for Sat/Sun day shifts
  • Sleep overnight stipends
  • Employees scheduled weekends work every other weekend

Full-Time Positions

Human Resources Assistant (FT)
  • An Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related degree with a minimum of two years experience in the Human Resources field. Employment is contingent upon providing evidence of degree in related field and clear background checks.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity. Maintains confidentiality relating to all agency related data and matters.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and is highly self motivated.
  • Works well as a team, dependable, reliable, and takes pride in work.
  • Ability to prioritize work and is detail oriented.
  • Excellent organization skills and initiative to improve processes. 
  • Strong computer skills as well as knowledge of/or experience with payroll processes.
  • Possesses ability to analyze complex information and problem solve.
  • Responsible for facilitating recruitment and retention programs.
  • Responsible for the interviewing, selection and training of new direct care staff.
  • Manage and track applicant flow, maintain job postings internally and externally, and participate in all aspects of the recruiting process.
  • Responsible for the on-boarding process of new hires which includes but not limited to: Processing all background checks and conducting new employee orientation.
  • Facilitates communication through regular contact with directors, departments, employees, and outside agencies.
  • Accurately maintain department and agency records (including employee personnel files).
  • Oversee the scheduling of CPR and First Aid training for direct care staff as well as documenting the training.
  • Provide HR reports as required by the HR Manager.
  • Attend meetings as required by the department and agency (ex.: weekly scheduling meetings).
  • Support HR Manager in any and all HR functions as assigned.
  • Responsible for processing payroll for direct care staff as assigned by HR Manager.

  • Assisting in making sure the agency is in compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Assisting HR Manager with maintaining affirmative action program; maintaining EEO records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
  • Provide back-up to the receptionist as needed.
  • Responsible to insure professional development which is specific to the role and responsibilities of the HR Assistant, is complimentary to the agency's purposes, and is of special or needed benefit tot he individual's career.
  • Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
