Full-Time Positions

Scheduler (FT)

  • Responsible for the scheduling of direct care staff at Corporate Foster Care client sites, and coordinating client schedules with Directors and Case Managers.
  • Requires two or four year degree from a regionally accredited college or university and/or equivalent experience.  Also requires knowledge and training in scheduling software/on-line systems and schooling or experience with computer programs.  Employment is contingent upon providing evidence of degree in related area and/or prior experience and clear background checks.
  • Assist In-Home Service (IHS) supervisors with scheduling and scheduling systems as needed
  • Responsible for positive interactions with supervisors, employees, clients, guardians, client families, representatives of other agencies, and other persons with whom clients interact
  • Assist with agency special events as assigned
  • Responsible for performing On-call services, when assigned

Part-Time Positions

Direct Care Professional (PT)
  • No previous experience required; we will provide paid training
  • Applicants must be age 18 or older
  • Employees are required to pass background study, have an operating vehicle, current driver's license and auto insurance (due to transporting clients)
  • Schedules built around applicants' availability and client needs
  • Weekend differential at 24-hour client sites for Sat/Sun day shifts
  • Sleep overnight stipends
  • Employees scheduled weekends work every other weekend
